He is associated with the banking sector since 2003. From 2010 to 2020 he served as Director of the Legal and Legislative Team of the Polish Bank Association. Vice President of the Polish Bank Association since 2020. Chairman of the Steering Committee of the National Working Group on Reference Indicator Reform. Chairman of the Committee on Cyber Security of Banks. He has held numerous positions representing the banking sector at the national and European level, also within the European Banking Federation. He has participated in legislative work on numerous pieces of legislation in financial market regulations. Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Financial Supervisory Council.

An experienced Manager and Expert in management and finance with over 30 years of experience in academic and business environments.
Doctor of Economics (Academy of Economics in Katowice, 1996), specializing in multi-criteria decision support. For his doctoral dissertation, he received the Prime Minister’s Award in the field of economics.
He began his professional career as an assistant and later an adjunct at the University of Economics in Katowice, developing scientific and didactic activities.
He combined his work at the University with consulting and expert activities, specializing in financial planning, investment project analysis, risk management and project management.
He has held numerous executive positions and served on the supervisory boards of many companies.
Since 2013, he has been employed at Rosomak S.A. as the Director of the Department of Finance and Human Resources, Member of the Management Board. In November 2024, he was appointed CEO of the company.

A graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, where he earned a master’s degree in electrical engineering in 1988.
He began his career in the United States as a service engineer and as a service director for Hogan Technical Services, an industrial electronics equipment repair and maintenance company. From 1989 to 1991, he worked for a Canadian company that designs, manufactures and sells electronic equipment for the mining industry. From 1992 to 1993, he worked for Bull Poland and Digital Equipment Polska.

From January 1994 to February 2006, he worked at HP Poland, serving successively as: the Director of Marketing and Partner Channels (January 1994-May 1996), the Director of the Computer Products Division (May 1996-July 1998) and the President of the Management Board (July 1998 – February 2006). In 2006, he assumed the position of the President of the Management Board of Oracle Poland. From June 2006 to November 2007, he was the Director of Oracle Fusion Middleware in Central Europe. From September 2013 to June 2016, he served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland responsible for the Infrastructure Division, Data Processing Center and ICT Department.

Since January 4, 2016, he has been the Chairman of the Management Board of Asseco Data Systems, a company formed by consolidating six Polish companies from the Asseco Group and the Infrastructure Division from Asseco Poland. Since October 1, 2017, he has served as a Vice President of the Management Board of Asseco Poland. He is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at ComCERT, Pirios and National Defence Systems, and a Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Asseco Cloud.

Diana is responsible for strategic risk management, payment ecosystem risk, fraud prevention and data security management in the CEE markets. She advises Visa partners on strategies related to complex operational, financial, legal and regulatory risks. In her daily work, she pays particular attention to combining up-to-date expertise with analysis of multiple data sources.

She has been working in the financial industry for 11 years. She worked, among others, at Citibank Europe and ING Bank Śląski. She carried out projects in the field of IT, corporate and strategic customer support and the launch of innovative projects. She also gained international experience in the New York branch of the ING Group.

Paula Januszkiewicz is an experienced cybersecurity expert, CEO, and the founder of CQURE Inc. and CQURE Academy. She is a Microsoft MVP, an honorable Regional Director for CEE, and a top-rated conference speaker at events such as Microsoft Ignite, RSA, Black Hat, and more. Her session was voted the best at Black Hat Asia Briefings 2019.

Paula has over 19 years of experience in the field, including performing penetration tests, consulting, and delivering sessions and trainings. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and has created security awareness programs for various organizations, including top management. Paula is also a member of the Technical Advisory Board at the Royal Bank of Scotland/Natwest and has been granted access to the source code of Windows.

ICT Strategy & Business Development, Orange Poland

An expert in advanced ICT solutions, including the Internet of Things and cybersecurity, with over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing them for both domestic and international companies.

Responsible for Orange Polska’s offerings, which, in addition to cybersecurity and 5G, include advanced network and communication solutions, as well as IT solutions covering both hardware and software. Also develops innovative business solutions based on modern cloud technologies, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence.

Paweł Poncyljusz – 56 y, married, 4 children. In years 1998 – 2001 Councilor of Downtown Warsaw District. In years 1999 – 2001 advisor to the Governor of Mazovia Region. In years 2001 – 2011 Member of Polish Parliament, participations in parliamentary committees: of the European Union, Economy, Infrastructure, Treasury, Defence, Foreign Affairs, Education. In years 2006-2007 Secretary of State in the Ministry of Economy, responsible for the mining, shipbuilding, automotive, defense sectors and implementing offset agreements. In years 2012 – 2016 AVIO Polska Sp. z o.o. (GE Aviation) Member of Board. Since 2016 Advisor of the Board in WB Electronics S.A. and member of Supervisory Board of RADMOR S.A. and FLYTRONIC Sp. z o.o. From 2019 to 2023 again member of Polish Parliament and vice president of parliamentary fraction of Koalicja Obywatelska. Is worked in Defence Committee and Energy, Climate and Treasury Committee.

Manager with 22 years of experience in financial institutions, both in banks and leasing companies. Since October 2018, he has been working in CA Auto Bank branch in Poland (formerly FCA Bank), where he held the position of Sales and Marketing Director. During this time, he was responsible for launching the CA Auto Bank’s subsidiaries on the Polish market: Leasys and Drivalia Lease, implementation of a new innovative e-commerce sales channel, multiple strategic partnerships and the bank’s rebranding, which took place in April 2023. 

Prior to that, he worked for 11 years in the sales department at Banque PSA and PSA Finance.

Since December 2022, he has been a member of the Management Board of Drivalia Lease, where he supervised the following areas: marketing and sales, operational leasing services, leasing policy.

He graduated from the Lazarski University of Commerce and Law in Warsaw at the Faculty of Foreign Trade and World Economy, in Economics in 2004.

From 2016-18, he served as European affairs analyst at Polityka Insight. Thereafter, worked as the evaluator and researcher of EC’s policies in the fields of transport and communication at an international consultancy company.
Co-founder and board member of the Strategies 2050 Institute. At the Institute, he was responsible for research on Poland’s energy transition, the RRF and EU policies. In the 2023 parliamentary campaign, member of the staff of Poland 2050 and the Third Way responsible for communication.
Author and co-author of numerous reports summarising Poland’s achievements in the EU and the legislative activities of the EU institutions

Agata Tyburska, Ph.D. – retired junior police inspector, police officer
with thirty years of service, currently employed at the Police Academy in Szczytno, where, as a professor at the academy, she teaches classes in state security, critical infrastructure and civil protection. She holds a PhD in social pedagogy (Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń) and a postdoctoral degree in social sciences, discipline: security sciences (Academy of National Defense
Warsaw). From 2000 to 2007 she headed the Department of Preventive Services. In turn
from 2018 to 2019, she served as pro-rector for studies and then, until 2021, as pro-rector for development at the Police Academy in Szczytno. She was also chairman of the scientific council of the quarterly Police Review, editor-in-chief of the semiannual Internal Security and the quarterly Police. Police Executives Quarterly (academic journals published at the Higher School of Police in Szczytno, now the Police Academy in Szczytno)

Manager and executor of tasks and research projects
in the field of security and defense, among others, on behalf of the Police Academy in Szczytno, she managed the performance of tasks under the NCBiR-funded research project “Mobile distribution point of data communications infrastructure (MPDIT)” implemented in 2018 – 2023, (project leader: Warsaw University of Technology, project manager: Prof. Dr. Krzysztof Poźniak). The aforementioned project during the Second International POLSECURE Fair in Kielce (2023), received the prestigious POLSECURE award, was also awarded by the Editorial Board of portal-mundurowy.pl and the Competition Jury
in the “Innovations for Security and Defense” competition (2024).

The research interests of Agata Tyburska, PhD, are directly related to
with the internal security of the state. In the last fifteen years, the scientific and research activity of Dr. Agata Tyburska oscillates mainly around the issues of critical infrastructure, civil protection and threats to security and public order She is the author of many scientific studies in the field of internal security and public order. In 2025, she received a distinction from the Polish Society of Security Sciences
of Security Sciences, based in Siedlce, in the Competition for the best monograph and scientific article in the field of security sciences published in 2020-2024, for the scientific article entitled Research on linkages and dependencies of critical infrastructure systems as a basis for immunization of critical infrastructure of the state and large urban agglomerations(“Journal of Modern Science”, Volume 3/52/2023).

Prof. dr hab inż. Jarosław Wołejszo, dr h.c., retired Colonel, is a research and teaching staff member at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University.
In 1998, he obtained a doctoral degree in military sciences with a specialization in command. The title of his doctoral dissertation was: “Operations of First-Use Forces in the Border Screening Zone.”
In 2004, he was awarded a postdoctoral (habilitation) degree in military sciences with a specialization in command (Faculty of Land Forces, National Defence Academy). The title of his habilitation dissertation was: “Modification of Organizational Structures of Tactical-Level Land Forces Commands in the Polish Armed Forces.”
In 2010, he was granted the title of Professor of Military Sciences by the President of Poland.
At the National Defence Academy (1996–2015), he held various academic and teaching positions, from assistant and adjunct, to Head of the Department of Command Systems and Training Methodology, Commandant of the Institute of Management and Command, Deputy Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, Commandant-Dean of the Faculty of Land Forces, and Dean of the Faculty of Management and Command.
He was the organizer, main author, and director of the exercise code-named “PIERŚCIEŃ …” (RING…) at the National Defence Academy, focusing on coordination, cooperation, and synchronization of actions between County and Municipal Crisis Management Teams (in Pułtusk and Ciechanów) and Mechanized Divisions, Mechanized/Armored Brigades, battalions/squadrons during crisis and wartime scenarios.
Currently, he serves as the Director of the Institute of Security Sciences at the President Stanisław Wojciechowski Kalisz University and Chair of the Scientific Council for the Discipline of Security Sciences.
He specializes in issues related to security and defense, particularly command and control within the national security system (Polish Armed Forces’ command system, command and control in crisis management), art of war, research methodology in security sciences, praxeology in security, management and command, decision-making processes, training (professional development) of personnel in hierarchical organizations, and implementing change within such organizations.
He is the author of numerous theoretical and practical publications. In his academic and educational career, he has supervised many doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s students.
He is also the author of numerous scientific works, research projects, publications, and articles, as well as a supervisor of diploma and doctoral theses in the areas of security, national defense, and management and command. He is the chair and organizer of a series of scientific conferences dedicated to Praxeology in Management and Command, Praxeology in Security Sciences, Art of War, and National Security Systems, including Praxeology in Crisis Management, such as:
the 2nd National Scientific Conference in the series “Praxeology in Security Sciences” on “Effectiveness of Cooperation between Entities Responsible for Crisis Management” (Kalisz, November 22–23, 2022),
the 2nd Congress of Security Sciences on “Scientific Centers – Areas of Research and Education” (Kalisz, November 20–21, 2024),
and the 1st International Conference of Incident Commanders during War and Peace (Kluczbork, March 6–7, 2025).
He has been repeatedly honored with state, ministerial, and university rector’s awards.
